Raúl Fernando Pérez Lira (born in Delicias, Chihuahua, México in 1991) is a photographer and writer covering topics related with human rights violations and environmental issues, such as internal forced displacement and forced disappearance.

 

He's currently part of Raichali, an independent journalism project based in Chihuahua that is part of the Periodistas de a Pie Media Alliance. His work has also been published in TeleSUR, Proceso, OpenDemocracy and other national and international media.
